- Completion Rate
The Completion Rate refers to the percentage of those users who finish a defined action or process out of those who started it. This metric is commonly used to measure effectiveness in digital products, marketing funnels, forms, online courses, marketing strategies, and user journeys.
Formula:
Completion Rate = (Number of Completions / Number of Starters) × 100
Generally higher completion rate indicates strong user engagement, clear design, or effective communication. On the other hand, a low rate may signal that businesses need to work on their strategies and make them more user-friendly.
